The MOT Class 5 Training and Assessment course qualifies experienced MOT testers to carry out inspections on larger passenger vehicles such as minibuses and ambulances (13–16 seats).
This training builds on existing Class 4 MOT testing knowledge and equips technicians to handle the size, layout, and compliance requirements of Class 5 vehicles safely and accurately.
This course is ideal for:

- Technicians working in VTS sites authorised for Class 5 testing

Entry Requirements
- Valid UK driving license
- Level 2 qualification in vehicle maintenance
- DBS Check (post certification) and Be of Good Repute
- Must Already be a qaulified MOT Tester for Class 4 Vehicles
- You must not be suspended or disqualified from MOT testing and must hold a full UK driving licence
- You must have experience working with Class 5 vehicle types, such as minibuses, ambulances, or large passenger vehicles.
- You must be at least 18 years old
